“A short stay in Marlborough”
Reviewed 6 August 2017 for a stay in July 2017

The organisation of our rental booking and the standard of accommodation were excellent and the position is central to all that happens in Marlborough without being noisy.

“Perfect five night stay”
Reviewed 23 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

The Manse was absolutely perfect for our visit to Marlborough. Everything in the house and garden is well cared for and spotlessly clean. It was a most peaceful, quiet location, close to all the amenities in the town. We loved it!

“Delightful cottage in the perfect location”
Reviewed 7 July 2017 for a stay in February 2017

The Manse is the perfect holiday cottage; beautifully decorated and fitted out to an extremely high standard. The kitchen is small but very well equipped - it's amazing what can be fitted into such a compact space!. The two lovely double bedrooms are a good size and the beds are extremely comfortable. It's useful having the extra loo as well as the main bathroom. The cottage is surprisingly quiet considering it's so close to the High Street and there are french doors into the pretty garden, where you can relax on sunny days. The location is excellent as you can be in the High Street or wander down to the river in a couple of minutes. There are good eating places right on the door step. Just outside in the Parade, we would particularly recommend Pino's Italian Restaurant, The Bear and the Fish and Chip Shop. The lovely friendly neighbours, Jonathan and Diane, are on hand with lots of local knowledge and to help with any issues that may arise. We loved our stay at the Manse and would not hesitate to recommend it.

“Everything you need for a perfect break”
Reviewed 15 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Wonderful cottage with everything needed to make a pleasant break. Marlborough is still a good base for touring around Wiltshire and the countryside is beautiful. Plenty of places to eat and would recommend Pinos for a special occasion.
The cottage is very quite and peaceful although it is only minutes away from the town. Jonathon was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Would definitely visit again.

I was so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Marlborough and that the bluebells were still out for you to enjoy. I was a little worried that they might have finished flowering by the time you arrived!
Thank you so much for your lovely review of the house and all your positive comments.
If you would like to stay again any time in the future we'd be really happy to hear from you.
With best wishes

“Very comfortable stay”
Reviewed 8 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

Well kept, very clean and well equipped cottage with great attention to detail. We booked for relatives to stay over Christmas and the cottage had been decorated and was warm and cosy on arrival, with mince pies waiting for us. The location is excellent for town. The parking space is quite tricky to manoeuvre but to have parking in Marlborough is a big bonus. Highly recommended.
