I'm a bit delayed in writing this, but wanted to make sure people were aware of what they were getting into with this property. First - the pros: TONS of room and perfect space-wise for a group of several families traveling together (as was the case with us). Cons: the management company does not seem to care terribly about this property. We were there in November during cold weather, and there was an inordinate number of flies (both alive and dead) all over the property. I would estimate that I personally killed at least 20 files over the course of several days. Next, we found mouse droppings in the kitchen. Overall, just some real cleanliness issues with the property. The wifi also went out on the first day of our five-day visit and tried repeatedly to contact the management team (via email, phone, etc) and when I finally got them on the phone, their response was basically, "Huh?". They claimed that they "left a message" for the cable company (who can leave messages for cable companies) and that they would have their maintenance man take a look when he came to fix a toilet (which took 48 hours to fix, by the way). When we mentioned the wifi to him, he looked like a deer stuck in the headlights and had no idea what we were talking about or how to fix it. Being without wifi may not be an issue in some places but because of the home's locations, we had NO cell phone reception or data access (between three different providers), so it caused a pretty big inconvenience to us. It was a holiday weekend, so I fully understand that it may not have been possible to get someone to the house to fix the wifi but there was ZERO proactive communication about it, so we didn't really feel like they valued us being there.
I would not only avoid this property but anything managed by this company in the area.
We rented this place for the weekend of NYE for 10 people. We had plenty of room and the location was super close to Seven Springs for a day of skiing. Overall a fun and relaxing stay.
