I like the location. It's easy to get to and get around. It makes a good first impression when driving up: neat, clean, well landscaped. The desk clerk when we checked in was not very friendly and seemed a little annoyed with questions.
The room was real mix of good and not so good. Flat screen TV, worked but very, very slow to come on and change channels. Room has microwave, micro-fridge, iron & board, hair dryer, make up mirror. Ours had a king size bed, desk with chair, two other easy chairs and a small table. There was one bedside lamp. Outlets were plentiful. The shower head was very short--you'll have to bend over to wash your hair. One wall was orange and the curtains were red. I don't even think this was in style in the 70s. We had a problem with temperature control in the room: got too hot at night. We didn't use it, but there is a bare bones looking continental breakfast. Even with the minor glitches, it was still a good room at that rate. The two things that may not bring us back are (1) the bathroom sink counter has 10 super bright lights surrounding it that make it look like a movie set. I don't know what they were thinking with this design. We unscrewed 7 of the 10 bulbs to get it to somewhat normal lighting. (2) the other thing was noise. Our room was right by the entrance and busy road. We got a lot of road noise--especially in the morning.
We might stay here again if we are guaranteed a room away from the road.
