So we stayed here for the first time in mid July and were very impressed with the facility and location.
We had been to Seaside village a few years prior but camped in Warrenton and it was so nice to be able to be steps from the beach with all the amenities of a hotel.
Check in was a breeze; arrived early and our room was ready at 15:00! A little chat with the "concierge" about attending a 90 minute "presentation", but a polite no sufficed and they did not bother us the rest of our stay.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. King in master, 2 twins in 2nd room, and a queen murphy in the living room. Very spacious!
Also very nice to have a full kitchen with everything needed to cook our own meals. This really saved us some $!
The resorts pool is definitely the main attraction aside from the beautiful white sand beach. The pool was bathwater warm and made it really enjoyable to go for a dip even when it was a little chilly or in the evening.
There is also a nice sized games room with table tennis, billiards, air hockey etc.
This place is probably the largest complex in town so definitely not super quiet compared to other places but was enjoyable nonetheless.
Next time we'll try and stay longer and take advantage of the fact that you can have bonfires at the beach!

First things first, this is a time share property & if you are not an owner you will be pitched a sale & they will attempt to trap you into a "free" breakfast to "give" you a "free vacation" when you attempt to pick up your parking pass. They will also make a copy of your drivers license telling you that they need it on file for "security purposes", but in fact they are collecting that information to send you information in the mail (the mail was sent to us before we had checked out and arrived to our home before we did) to continue the harassment. We told "Elias" we weren't interested, but apparently the word "no" doesn't translate into his vocabulary.

I asked Elias if my personal information would be used for future sales & Elias said "No." I was lied to by a Wyndham employee and sales representative.

The Wyndham brand is AT BEST a 3 star chain. They do not come close to competing with Starwood/Marriott or Hilton properties. They would do well to get rid of that creeper mascot also.

Check in process was a disaster. Didn't get keys until 5:15. Promised at 4:00. When we did get keys, we walked in on another couple already in their room!! Had to wait ANOTHER 45 min for housekeeping to clean a room!!

Place is a joke. Who the hell would buy a time share in Seaside, OR??

Well managed property right on the beach in the heart of tourist-town. We visited as guests of the timeshare owners. If you're into the holiday hubub, Seaside won't disappoint. Restaurants, gift shops and fun activities, including an aquarium and bike rentals are all nearby. A monument marks the end of the Oregon Trail.

This resort was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed especially by the young ladies working at the desk. One always remembered our names when she was around and the other (we only saw her one time) took our frozen food up to our room for us while housekeeping was finishing up and put everything in the fridge/freezer. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view. We didn't notice any noise and the ability to swap linens easily was great. The location was tops and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. We love Worldmark!

Room tip: I wouldn't want to look over the pool due to noise
