We had a nice dinner at the Brazil Grill last week. This was the first time for us, although we've been to numerous Brazilian grills in the past. It's a smaller, more intimate place than other restaurants of the same style. Very enjoyable. The soup and salad choices were presented at a well-stocked and appetizing salad bar. Warning: try the ones that look really look good to you, but don't fill up on this!
The main course items are presented by servers who bring various cuts of meat to your table. I suggest going with other friends, so that if you miss one because your plate is full when the server stops by, you can sample your friend's plate to see if you want more. The service was attentive, and the food was excellent. The various cuts of meat are detailed on a card at each table, and the servers are all very knowledgeable about them. The lamb dishes were especially tasty. In addition, a nice way to finish the meal is with some grilled pineapple that they will slice off for you.
Believe it or not, we all had room to split a couple of deserts. A very relaxing, enjoyable way to fill yourself to the brim with excellent meat presentations.
