Well-stocked kitchen (lacking only an oven, but has two burner stove); Q bed on lower level with TV set; pull-out couch/double bed on upper level; nice bathroom with full shower/tub and a full-size washer/dryer. There's a BBQ you can use on the back patio plus a table and chairs for hanging out. Upper level has a balcony to see the bay and plenty of room for a group to watch TV or work at the desk in a comfy chair using your laptop and the Wi-Fi. There are a few games, books, and puzzles for that rainy day you might experience at the coast. Plenty of pillows, changes of sheets, and nice towels (NOT those icky hotel kind---REAL towels). Walk down the hill, and you're at the bayfront arena where all kinds of restaurants and shops are. Take a hike on the sidewalk on Olive St/Hwy 20, and in six blocks there's groceries, antique mall, shoe store, candy shop, and various eateries. Lots to see in town and outside of it: historical, entertainment, eclectic shops, and - of course! - there's the ocean and fantastic beach. I highly recommend this place. The two of us enjoyed it immensely!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the house was clean, and we feel asleep to the sound of seals. I would definitely come here again!
This house is spacious, bright and neat as a pin. It's away from the noise of the highway and the crowds on the Bayfront, but very convenient to both - and the beaches are easy to get to! The view became very dear to me while I stayed there. I really liked the privacy. This rental is truly a home away from home and a great bargain.
