Great day Hike. A family could do this hike with middle age kids. Maybe young kids if they were use to walking. Great veiws from the top.

We went on a clear sunny day and could see for miles. The trail was muddy from the recent rain but we thoroughly enjoyed this hike. This is an uphill hike and it was a bit of an effort for me - not so for my 29 year old daughter!

Is great morning hike we went up and around the bend down through the flats and over to the end. Make sure to bring a couple water bottles and your camera. And remember not to get too close to the edge as there are no guardrails.

Well worth the 30-40 minutes to Hike to the Top of either Upper or Lower Table Rocks. The views of the Rogue Valley, Rogue River and the other Table Rock are panoramic. You'll probably want to pause at an outcrop or Overlock at the Top and take in the Huge View of the Valley. The easily accessible destination Hike is a Favorite of many Locals which takes less than 1/2 a day including the drive to and from Medford.
Most say Mornings are the Best time for a Variety of Reasons...

My first hike, so far. It was very quiet, my friend and I were able to visit without too much interruption. The weather was warm but not hot, still broke up a sweat, which is good. The view once we were on top was always breath-taking. It never fails to entertain, especially the little ones on field trips. Just make sure you are pretty careful especially when taking selfies on the edge. It's a long way down and people have fallen off of it before. We didn't encounter a whole lot of wild life either, lots of lizards, tiny frogs with different colours, some squirrels, thank goodness there were no snakes. There was a flock of turkey vultures circling around on top of the mountain. The shrubs and most of the plants were all beautiful, just blooming.
