My first hike, so far. It was very quiet, my friend and I were able to visit without too much interruption. The weather was warm but not hot, still broke up a sweat, which is good. The view once we were on top was always breath-taking. It never fails to entertain, especially the little ones on field trips. Just make sure you are pretty careful especially when taking selfies on the edge. It's a long way down and people have fallen off of it before. We didn't encounter a whole lot of wild life either, lots of lizards, tiny frogs with different colours, some squirrels, thank goodness there were no snakes. There was a flock of turkey vultures circling around on top of the mountain. The shrubs and most of the plants were all beautiful, just blooming.
