I ended up at this location by chance and had a great time. The Hot tub was a treat on the deck facing the ocean and ocean front too. The King bed was nice too. The only thing I would like is the shower to be a bit bigger if not with tub.

Ashley and Amanda were so accommodating and a true pleasure:-)

Room Tip: Beachfront or Starfish are great places with updated rooms!

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now.

The view is amazing... you have a sliding glass door that opens to a covered balcony with a hot tub. This is a very romantic hotel, perfect for a weekend getaway with your spouse or significant other. There are no children allowed in this hotel. Some people have complained about this on the reviews... but thank goodness there are some hotels that have this rule... I love kids but I don't want to listen to someone elses, when I paid to get away from my own for the weekend. Listening to 'mommy he touched me or mommy I have to go pee' can really kill a romantic mood!
However the room has never been clean when we check in. I have to ask them to reclean every time. There is always sand on the floor in the bathroom and the room is so dusty you can tell it hasn't been dusted in quite some time. I asked the front desk(Ashley) to send someone to come clean my room... if there is sand on the floor, I'm sure it hasn't been cleaned properly and I don't want foot fungus... if it is this dusty then the bedding and towels are dusty too... I asked them to bring some fresh towels, and put clean sheets on our bed while we went to eat dinner. They came and vacuumed and cleaned the sand up and dusted the spots I specifically mentioned but they did not change the sheets or the towels as she promised. Even the shelf the towels sit on is covered in dust. Maybe the rooms aren't rented out and they get dusty in between... but I don't care... I paid $600+ to spend a weekend here... the least they can do is dust.

The bad part is that I called before we ever left home and I spoke with Ashley. I explained to her that the room is never clean. She promised that she would make sure our room was clean this time... I paid $100 extra to get rose petals, soda (rather than wine), chocolates, hot tub oils, etc. ... they can take time to lay rose petals on the bed... individually... but not to clean the darn room... come on people... really? Last time I wrote a complaint to the owner/manager and they never bothered to respond, so this time I am writing a review.

CLEAN YOUR ROOMS PEOPLE!!!

If anyone can recommend another romantic place that doesn't allow kids, please let me know because I am tired of this dirty hotel.

Room Tip: Room 203 has the best view!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time! Loved waking up and seeing the ocean right out the patio door! The fireplace was awesome and warmed the room perfectly. Having a room with a hot tub on the patio was great! Room was perfect size for 2 people, but did have some things that we noticed that could have been addressed. The carpet wasn't dirty, but was stained and there was only one small garbage can in the unit. Another garbage in the toilet area and near the microwave area would be helpful. Also, having glasses to use was great, but housekeeping didn't put out clean glasses each day, so we had to rinse and reuse. Also, didn't realize that there was only a shower, which was fine, but it was very small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping isn't automatic, so we did need to stop by the desk and ask for either a light or full housekeeping each day, which was nice, especially if we didn't want to be disturbed. Loved that there was a small couch to curl up on and relax! There is no WiFi in the rooms and phone/internet connections are very weak. All that being said, we had a great time, enjoyed the hotel and location and hope to go back soon!!

Room Tip: Ask for a corner room with the ocean view on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

We just returned from our second stay since August of this year. We literally found a jewel of a hotel....this place is by far the nicest on the Lincoln City beach. The rooms are everything you will desire in lodging and both times (visits) we reserved for 3 days but extended to a 4th day. The rooms are updated and very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff (Amanda and Ashley) provide excellent customer service and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing. They both go above and beyond to meet all your needs. We love the perfect size of the room, the deck and of course love the hot tubs! It is always so peaceful and the exterior as well as the interior is pristine. The only thing we could possibly suggest is to get a great WiFi connection for those of us that can't leave our computers home and more coffee for those staying more than overnight.
See you again in about 3 weeks!!!!
Debbie and Ed

Room Tip: End units closet to the beach have the better views.

We had to planned to visit the casino and had actually booked a room at another location on line a week before. When we got to the original hotel...there was no way we were going to stay there. Being an event weekend, most of the hotels we drove passed had "no vacancy" lights on. We stumbled across this hotel and they had one room left. They gave us the key to let us check it out first and I was totally shocked to see what we were getting for $99.00 plus tax. we walked in to find a kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, a living room with flat screen TV and a bedroom and bathroom down the hall. This place was like a little an apartment. When we returned to the office to check in, the staff was so friendly and cheerful, we really felt comfortable with our choice. It wasn't an Ocean view room but for $20.00 more than our original hotel(which turned out to be #34 of 35 in Lincoln City) It was a great stay. The hotel right next door has a restaurant (The Mist) so I was able to bring a nice breakfast back to our room before checkout. It was a very nice experience and we will definatly stay there again.
