This B&B was Terrific!! We loved it for so many reasons. We stayed in the Captain's Quarters, and when we go back, that is where I would love to be again. Great People - Gary and Judy... Neat, neat, neat!! the decor, the privacy, the easily-found location, the VIEWS and more. Delicious breakfast and not a single complaint. Happy Travels!

We loved our stay at the Baywood Shores Bed and Breakfast. It's situated right on the Bay with beautiful views from our bedroom as well as the dining room and living room. We loved eating breakfast, lounging and reading, and sitting in the hot tub in our room staring out at the water. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. The host and hostess are friendly and hospitable. It's the perfect getaway if you'd like a relaxing and romantic vacation. You will love going for a stroll on the beach, the yummy Dutch Babies with strawberry for breakfast, and the lovely rooms with a view.

We have stayed in many B&Bs in the U.S. and Europe alike over 32 years. The Baywood Shores B&B scores #1. The B&B building is unassuming from the outside, but from the courtyard to the room it is an adventure. The artwork collected by Gary and Judy and the interior arrangements are comfortable, interesting and engaging. Our room was especially comfortable as my husband is 6'5" and he felt at home in the large room, large king bed, the large jacuzzi tub, the large bathroom and shower, the high ceilings and the openess all around. The view from the room is spectacular whether daylight or night time to the bay and across to the Lincoln City lights. Breakfast was gourmet and varied each of our 3-day stay. The location of the Baywood Shores B&B is so close to downtown without being downtown. It being on the bay's beach, rather than the ocean beach made us feel like we had our own private beach. We will return again and again to visit with Gary and Judy Leighton, their lovely home, the setting and Lincoln City.

My wife and I stayed at Baywood Shores Bed & Breakfast on 7/15/10. Our honeymoon was spent in Venice and Rome. The hotels there were excellent, but our stay at Baywood Shores was more romantic and comfortable.

Neither of us had stayed at a B&B before, so I was a little apprehensive about the idea. One of my main concerns was privacy. That concern was immediately alleviated when we arrived and found that the house was designed with two separate areas. One half of the house was created for guests so we could come and go as we pleased without fear of disturbing the innkeepers.

Our room was beautifully constructed and designed, with an amazing view of the ocean from our window. If you have the means and are in Oregon, staying at Baywood Shores will definitely be the highlight of your vacation.
