Pretty typical for a Best Western, but a bit above average for BWs in very small towns. Big breakfast area with uncrowded seating which is a plus for those of us that prefer our fellow man scattered some. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They off a small additional discount for veterans. A very nice gesture that is appreciated but not necessary because it is called "service" for a reason.

Was a great place for a quick overnight stay. The front desk clerk was very informative and we enjoyed the historical tidbits he shared about the area. We drive through here often and would stay here again for sure.

Fairly new construction. Nice ambiance for couples. each room had tv, fridge and microwave. Heated pool and hot tub were relaxing and well taken care of. We would go back. Would be great for family stays as well And breakfast was great.

After searching for a pet-friendly hotel in Burns we were happy to find a place to stay, but the $111 + pet fee = $134 seemed unreasonable for this town. Reluctantly, we took the room, and the reception area was very pretty and professional, and the room was great (2 queens), but our dog had a fit. Normally easy-going, he freaked out and wouldn't enter the room - had his tail between his legs. We dragged him in, but he whined all night and never calmed down. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, so we brought his blanket in, and he finally slept, but there was definitely something in the carpet that was aversive. That said, the pool looked nice and the breakfast was OK (more than continental, but self-serve and limited). This is a nice hotel, but it didn't work for us - especially for the price.

Thank you for your review on Trip Advisor. I am sorry to hear that your dog had issues with the room you were in. It is very hard to keep the carpets clean in pet rooms, so the carpet is cleaned on a regular basis using industrial carpet cleaner. It is possible that your furry friend either did not like the smell of the cleaner. We are in the process of taking out the carpet in our pet rooms and replacing it with tile floors. I hope that you will come back and stay with us again so that you can see just how great this hotel is. Our rates fluctuate seasonally and depend on availability. Better rates can always be found by booking in advance or by talking to the desk agents as we are always willing to work with people on the rates.

Acceptable hotel, rooms clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Breakfast minimal choices. Thin ceilings could hear every movement from above. Restaurant and fast food within walking distance. Would stay here again if passing through.
