A very upscale European style dining experience. The menu and portion sizes are designed so patrons will order at least two and more likely three courses, plus dessert, if desired. Portion size is small. Seasoning is generally very subtle. No salads or soups on the menu but you can request a green salad with a simple vinaigrette. Presentations are an art form in haute cuisine. They do have a full bar with most popular liquors and wines. And they have a happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00PM with a $5 special snack on offer, different each night. Even the Wednesday night exotic hamburger changes from week to week (when is the last time you had a waygu beef burger with mango slices and a mango, pepper corn and brandy reduction sauce?).

O's is certainly not a an "everyday" place to hang out for drinks and a bite but for a special date night when you have some extra bucks in your pocket it is a truly different dining experience. The menu offerings are inspired from both French and Italian cuisines. A three course dinner for one, without drinks or wine, will tap you for about $50. Were the seasoning a bit less subtle and the portion sizes a little larger, i would have rated O's a strong 5 star.

Finest dining in Coos County. Chef Eugene is clearly putting it all on the line in this novel culinary gambit. The diversity of the menu and the elegant presentation make you feel like you are in San Francisco or Paris. But when you taste the home made pasta you know you are in a different league. Whoa! Flavors were exquisite and the service (Rachel) very appropriate and attentive. We will definitely be back. So nice to see cooking from scratch at world class quality arrive in our community.

We went for date night and wow!! The food is absolutely amazing! We had smoked burrata for an appetizer and afterwards, the chef sent out a palate cleanser before we received our entree. The black risotto with orange air was incredible! Finally, we had our dessert, the trio of creme brûlée and it was fantastic!! Everything as beautiful and delicious. The wine selection was great as well. Portion sizes are a little on the small side but the food is worth it! Dinner takes a while to eat but it’s nice because you don’t feel rushed. Overall I highly recommend giving it a try!

The food was yummy and presented in the most artistic way I have ever seen since being on a 5-star cruise ship. I had to take pictures, and not only when I got my scallop dish but it felt like modern art as I was eating it! My husband really liked his pasta dish. It is pricey, and on the way out we learned about the bar menu and want to try that next time. They don't serve salads, so be aware of that. And it takes a while to get a meal, but the staff is very friendly and informative.

If you like seeing and hearing your food being prepared, you'll love this glaringly lit and annoyingly loud atmosphere. China crashing, pots banging, and the chef yelling.
Lovely. Service was terribly slow. When the waitress brought my husband a carafe to refill his wine and he pointed out that his wine glass had been removed, she actually said, "I'll even go get you a glass myself," as she trotted off to the bar. How kind of her. And lastly, the food. Generally disappointing and also, you don't get what you think you're ordering. My foie gras and liver "parfait" turned out to be an ice cold log of liver pate. The crab and avocado "mousse" was a pile of crab next to a small smear of guacamole. The pork belly (aka bacon) propped up in a pile of plain mashed potatoes and peas was as tough as shoe leather and actually needed salt! No salt and pepper on the table, of course. Sauces that might lend the food flavor were meagerly dispensed. All in all, a pricey dining experience memorable only for being so terrible.
