Yikes and yikes. What an awful campground. Way too small for any RV bigger than 10'
Impossible to get into tiny spots with an RV and way to close to neighbors. Very small RV sites, only 1 set of bathrooms, and the garbage was overflowing.
Wifi only worked by office and no ice available,
And very expensive, charge an extra fee per night per person and per pet, ugh.
The ladies in the front office are so very mean and rude. We have never experienced this level of dissatisfaction while camping at an RV park?
I can say 2 positive things, the campground is walking distance from Downtown Cannon Beach and the other campers were amazing as we all complained about the staff and tiny campground.
Will not stay here again.

This campground is horrible, plain and simple. They cram you into a spot and you have no privacy. The bathrooms are disgusting as are the showers. The prices for this campground are rediculous. The store they advertise was never open and they ran out of ice.

We camped at Sea Ranch for 5 days in side-by-side sites with friends. It was a pretty, natural setting with a 5-minute walk to town and the beach. Our campsites were overgrown with weedy, thorny plants that someone had stomped down instead of trimmed. We had to dig through this underbrush to find the water spigot and the cable connection. Then we discovered the cable was no longer offered. The new owners just turned it off, I guess. The bathrooms were poorly taken care of (filthy), and the floors were swabbed down with a strong disinfectant and left with standing water so the floor was extremely slippery and dirt and weeds were just slid around against the walls instead of cleaned up. They need more restrooms. A line of tent campers formed every morning and sometimes people had to wait while the occupant of 1 of 2 bathrooms was showering because the stool and shower were together.
A colony of rabbits live there. At first, they were cute to watch (signs warned us the rabbits were protected), but then we discovered we couldn't get to our vehicle without walking on rabbit poop which meant we were tracking it into our vehicle and camper. The check-in system is archaic resulting in lines of people waiting while all the paperwork and site scheduling was completed with the clerk/owner? leaving the office to run to campsites to check on availability. There was a store but I never saw the inside because it was never open when I tried. When asked when it would open again, the office person answered it had already been open that morning! There are few camping choices in Cannon Beach, and the location here is good. It was expensive, and it could be so much more inviting if they would take better care of it and treat their customers like they would like us to return - and write good reviews of their place on Trip Advisor!

This facility is in major need of maintenance! The urinal in the restroom was plugged & overflowing and the toilets filthy. The store that they advertise is not open on a regular basis. The picnic tables are in poor, if not dangerous condition. Quiet time is not enforced. Our neighbor kept us up, by leaning against our RV, talking loudly until after 1:00 am. Our neighbor was plugged into his power and ours as well. We had to ask him to unplug so we could plug in. Our neighbor encroached on our site by at least 4 feet. The dumpster needed to be emptied and was overflowing. A maintenance worker was trying to smash it down so guests could attempt to add garbage. There were more deficiencies as well.

This RV Park was a lot more expensive than the other RV park at Cannon Beach. That one was filled up so that is why we booked here. The RV park is getting dated and the picnic tables small. For the price we paid there wasn't a lot included. They were out of ice and the Wi-Fi was hard to pick up. It was quite handy to get to the beach. The horse stable was nice but $80 US a hour per person. I wouldn't stay here again providing I can get the other RV park in town. It just needs some updated maintenance.
