Several choices of freshly prepared soups and sandwiches. All delicious. Order at the counter, pick up your beverage, find a spot to sit then your food is served a short while later. A busy place at lunchtime but tables turn over quickly. There also appears to be a brisk take out service. Not fancy but very delicious.

We had read the reviews and were looking for a new place for lunch so we stopped by Fresh Thyme Soup Company. They must have just finished with the lunch crowd because the tables were not cleaned off very well. They had some tables outside but they were full and I'm not a fan of how they have the indoor tables arranged because seating is cramped. Ordering was easy, the staff was friendly and they have a good sized menu. I had the chicken salad sandwich and clam chowder. There was way too much spinach and not enough chicken salad on the sandwich. The bread was very good but the sandwich lacked flavor. The chowder was average and I didn't have a lot of clam flavor. My wife had the ham panini and she thought it was good but nothing special. She did like the broccoli soup.

Overall, we weren't big on our experience and it's up in the air if we go back again or look for another soup and sandwich shop to try. I can't complain about the food but at the same time can't jump for joy. Try it and see what you think...

This is THE place to go if you want a huge variety of homemade soups, along with a great assortment of delicious sandwiches, paninis and salads. It's locally owned too! Along with your soup and sandwich you get some in-season fruit. Soups, sandwiches and salads are all a cut above. Easy parking in a small strip center. Friendly service too. Outside tables in summer.

The tomato soup is killer. Just a little kick to it, very flavorful. I didn't care for the potato soup - too herb-y, very light on the potato flavor, but great garnishes. All soup is served with a slice of grilled garlic bread that is warm and a good compliment. The paninis are just right - I love the ham-salami-olive-red onion-pepperocini with caper mayo. It's reasonably priced and I can get 12 oz soup, garlic bread and 1/2 panini for under $10 (which is more than I can eat)

The service is fine and pretty consistent. You order at the counter, then seat yourself and they will bring the food to you (or your bagged to-go order).

The food is the highlight here - the dining room is not. It's small, cramped, and if you're not an extrovert, probably a little uncomfortable. People buddy-up at tables with strangers in order to get seats during the lunch rush. Parking lot is also cramped, but it works.

The wait for the food to be prepared is reasonably short, and to-go orders have a spoon and napkin and so on.
