We made some last minute changes to our long California to Arkansas RV trip and booked this hotel the day before our stay. It was dog friendly, which is a must for us. When we arrived, the location is in a business park in uptown Tulsa. The only parking available was in a parking garage, which was not tall enough for our B Class RV. We initially asked where to park and were directed to a service street area behind the parking garage. We were uncomfortable leaving our Rig in a "back alley" overnight so we asked about a small Valet lot near the front entrance. The staff agreed and we parked our Rig there (for a small fee).
The check-in staff were pleasant (although they forgot our cookie - no big deal). The room was very nice (as expected), clean, and comfortable. There was access to a grassy area from the lower level conference rooms to walk/relieve our dogs. We left very early, before breakfast was served so we weren't able to evaluate the offerings.
Overall a very good location with the exception of parking for larger vehicles.More
