Love going to Paulines. The wait help are great. Love the looks of it. The steaks are to die for. It is pricey but you get what you pay for, the best steak, cooked just right. Will be back. It is only open on wed thru sat. and from 5-9.

It is getting good reviews at this time from locals. Very hard to compete here with the Rusty Barrel.
Typical fare is steak, baked potato, salad bar, and drinks. I will try it soon and update this review.

Last year we were given a gift certificate for Paulines. I had enjoyed steaks and other foods there in previous years and was somewhat disappointed in the service and food the last few years. Nice atmosphere, good service when there is enough staff working. Salad bar was good and fresh. Have been several times and never had our order cooked the way we requested. Brought my family and and we all ordered ribeye steaks cooked from rare to well done. 8 steaks delivered to our table and when we cut into them, they were all rare. Brought it to the attention of the waitress who said she would get the cook if we would like to complain. I said that would be fine, but would it not be better to just take the steak back and cook it properly, the way it was ordered? She said they were real backed up and it would be a while. We left with the thought the staff will decide what we eat. 3rd visit, 3rd strike. Never will go back even with a gift certificate.

Crappy service from an older gal that would have been better off in a cafeteria. An owner that was rude enough to ask us to leave 9 minutes after closing. The pork chops were overcooked and very dry that I couldn't eat them. Friends filet mignon was cold on arrival. The salad bar eggs were still frozen and other items out and not refilled. This was my first visit and last! Save your money! We came from out of town for an evening that left us feeling ripped off. Definitely over rated and no value for the price...go to the Rusty Barrel! Excellent service there and great food! They still care about their customers.
