If you're looking for something different than the chain soup, salad, sandwich restaurants this is a great place to try. The crowd ranges from college students to retirees meeting with friends. I had the T.B.S. (turkey, bacon, swiss) with mustard lunch combo with a pasta salad. Both were very good. The atmosphere was interesting and inviting. Lots of history on the walls. For dessert I shared a cream cheese iced banana cake. It was really amazing! I think their dessert selections might be different each day but I would highly recommend this cake. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Parking might be difficult during lunch time since it is in a residential area but there are several parking places attached to the business.
