I had a room on the first floor for 8 days. I was attending an event at The Lazy E arena. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel guests were relatively quiet. They had a nice small breakfast in the morning. The work out room was small but quiet the whole week. There was a small indoor pool and it was also quiet the whole time. There is no restaurant and the main area of restaurants was a few miles away. I had a room with 2 queen beds and a small living room area. There is a microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator in each room. There was a tv across from the bed and also one in the living room area.

This hotel is very good for a good night sleep! Very quiet, clean, fresh carpet! Breakfast was hot scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, prefab omelets, fruit and yogurt, cereal and usual breads! Suited us just fine! Cost was under $100!

Driving from Austin to Omaha, Edmond is almost exactly halfway. The Fairfield Inn is just off I-35, and in excellent shape. Spacious room, good breakfast and friendly staff made for a great place to rest overnight during our trip!

I was traveling to Oklahoma City for business. There is a typical continental breakfast with waffle iron, eggs, bacon, veggie sausage, bagels, and toast.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The bath towels were excellent!!

We have stayed in this facility every time we visited Edmond over the past few years, and never disappointed. But time has changed what used to be a consistent Marriott experience. Part of the problem was management; attitude of help, if you saw them, was evasive and unhelpful. Breakfast and coffee services were available later than in the past. Internet service was weak, and for Elite members the high speed option that used to be included was now a charge. Not a big deal, but annoying, especially since a lot of other hotels are now providing the best wi-fi internet speeds they can get as part of the room charge. Rooms were not as clean as in the past or even serviced during our four day stay. Noise was always an issue with this place, but the uncontrolled antics of children in the hallways seemed worse than usual and not addressed by the staff. Despite these observations, you can't beat the price for this place or a semblance of satisfaction if you only want a place to sleep at night.
