My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in October 2016 while he was in town for work. His company paid for 3 rooms for the crew, including ours.
One thing I really like is that they have smoking rooms. My boyfriend is a smoker and nowadays it's very rare to find a hotel that allows smoking in the rooms. Only certain rooms on the second floor allowed smoking, and ours was one of them.
I did like seeing that the hotel was pet-friendly. The customers that did check in with a pet were immediately given a goodie bag for their dog or cat, which I thought was extra sweet to see them going the extra mile.
We had a double room, which was very large and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the staff is great. Amanda, the girl that worked at the front desk was extremely nice and extremely helpful. I accidentally locked myself out of my hotel room and she made me new keys and even came up to make sure I could get into my room.
They have breakfast in the mornings from 6:30-9:30. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel. I didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant, but I did have breakfast. It was great with lots of options to choose from. They had coffee, cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage, yogurt, and juices, etc.
Overall I would recommend this Best Western. I hate to admit that my expectations weren't too high for this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience.
