Variety of steaks and seafood. Great sides and salads. Reminds you of a 1970s restaurants interior but excellent service and selection.

Thank Vicky B

We are originally from Putnam Co Ohio. Wanted to get away for the evening & drove from Worthington. Try and go here a couple times a yr. still wined ny same family. We got the fresh ground chopped sirloin, baked sweet & while potato w/ salad & house dressing. We love the good food & friendly & excellent staff. Free 3 side salads served with garlic bread; rec'd pickled beets, pea & potato salad come with entrees. They also have carrot salad, all our excellent. Very relaxing place was originally a real barn that was converted several yrs ago. Definitely worth the drive out if Columbus!

Great food. Atmosphere is a little dark, but cozy. If you have a large party I would make a reservation. This place is always full.

We have been going here for years . The quality of the food has come down the past 5 years but it;s still pretty good. They're prime rib which was awesome seems to be missing something the past few years also. I really like the peas and peanut and the carrot salads that come with the lazy susan and would love to get the recipe. The garlic toast basket is also a keeper. We were there this past Saturday and my sirloin steak which was a "upgraded" special was way over cooked. The wifes pork chops were very good though as were her hash browns. Service was very good. I will continue to go here as it's probably the best in the area but I would hope that they would upgrade the quality a bit and keep an eye on the cook as he/she tends to cook on the well done side.

We recently celebrated my parent's 50th anniversary at the Steer Barn. We had 23 people in our party and Jenn was the best server anybody could ever ask. The food was great, and nobody left hungry. Great variety of steaks although they are on the pricey side. You get four salads (pea salad with peanuts, pasta salad, potato salad, and carrot/raisin salad), crunchy garlic bread, and warm soft loaves of bread prior to the soup or salad and regular meal. The meals came quickly after the soup/salad.
