First impression of the hotel as you arrive is that it is derelict, it would have been a nice building in its day but it has been badly neglected. The room and bathroom were digusting, dirty and in disrepair. The door to my room could not be locked until a maintenance person arrived with and angle grinder to to make the lock fit into the door frame, he didn't bother cleaning up after he finished. I had to wedge something into the window access to outdoors to be able to at least give the appearance of security.
The class of clientelle of the hotel did nothing to alleviate my feeling of insecurity of the place. The hotel did have a bar/restaurant onsite of which I was dubious about visiting but to my surprise the food was halfway decent but limited in choices.More
