We planned a getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary, but failed to do the research on this cabin. The cabin itself was nice, but the supplies were pathetic. There were two towels for a two-night stay, with a hot tub. We had to run out to buy our own towels. Cabin is not secluded, it overlooks a main road. There was not any follow-up communication after the stay to let them know how bad our experience was, don't think they want to know. I would not think of staying at a Serenity cabin again. My advice is to look elsewhere.

We stayed at the Snuggle in mid-November. We booked the cabin last minute. Check in was at 3:00 but we could not get confirmation of our reservation. We called and left a message shortly after booking our on-line reservation, then emailed. We left another message and followed up with email again around 1:00...still no response. We called and left another message around 3:00 no response. Around 3:30, after receiving an email that confirmed the address and lock box number we did talk to the manager. He stated that the cabin still needed cleaned and we would be able to check in around 4:30. Around 1:30am we heard a noise coming from the basement which was locked. It sounded like an animal in a cage thrashing around and trying to escape. This went on all night. In the morning with limited cell service, we had to drive until we had cell service to call the office and report the issue. The manager said that he would send maintenance to check out the situation. There were no noises the second night. The manage left us a voicemail stating that it was a heater in the basement making noise and they shut it off. I find this hard to believe. I would not stay at the Snuggle Inn or recommend to anyone in the future.

Decided to go on a trip to reconnect as we work different schedules and barely see each other. When we got to our cabin we were already impressed at how secluded it was. We unlocked the door and stepped into the cutest little cabin. The porch lights were on for us and so were the inside lights. The cabin was clean and tidy and the best part was the hot tub on the porch! We unloaded the car for our 3night stay and got into the hot tub. It was so relaxing after a long day of driving. There is no TV reception but you can watch movies. If you are looking for a quiet getaway I recommend this cabin! The price was right and the cleanliness was good too! In fact we have rented another bigger cabin with 3 other couples and will be back down in a month!

Rented the cabin for a long weekend with old friends from college. Plenty of space for eight adults, three children, and an infant. Everything was clean and in good condition. Fully furnished kitchend (fridge, microwave, stove, oven) and long outdoor table let us all eat dinner together, fire ring and indoor fireplace allowed for smores, hiking trails from the cabin were fun, and the huge deck gave the kids a safe place to run around. One thing to note: most of us had no cell signal, though there is a landline in the cabin. This wasn't a problem for us, but it is something to note beforehand. Overall, a great stay! Would definitely go back!

We stayed in August and everything was GREAT! We've stayed in a lot of cabins/rental properties and this was one of the best. Secluded with wonderful views. Great place for a bunch of noisy grandchildren! The outdoor space was great and we made good use of the 2 hot tubs. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds comfortable, lots of room for the kids. Went to Hocking Hills park 2 days and it was great for the kids. Great little ice cream place down the road that the kids loved. We brought all of of groceries but there's a Walmart in Logan. ZERO complaints and we'd definitely stay here again.
