Lovely, homely place with great food. Open when much else was closed too. Gluten free options were easily accommodated.

Another review from a customer that never complained about anything that they ate, even though the waitress asked you if everything was satisfactory during your time here. Considering you ate absolutely everything that you ordered, we feel your review is totally ridiculous. For the record none of our staff have black hair.

If it didn’t happen to us, you wouldn’t believe it !!
The couple with us ordered 2 different coffees, one in a take away cup. Firstly the waitress gave their order to the wrong people, then when told “that was our coffee”, the reply was “they didn’t order it but said they would keep it”?? Then when their coffee was delivered the wrong order was in the take away cup, so the waitress bought out a china cup and just tipped it in that !!
When I stopped laughing, I went to pay for our coffees and muffins, only to be told our order slip had been thrown out and could I remember what we ordered. I said “no” as I wanted the comedy show to continue !!
On top of everything, the coffee was terrible.

Your review is farcical. Maybe an apology to the customers that were enjoying breakfast would be more appropriate.

Very good food and welcoming staff. Everything is home made with local products. Mains are tasteful and not too expensive. Make sure you don’t leave without trying the pastries...! Enjoy.
