Out with friends on holiday and looking for an easy but sufficient walk. Flat beach with waves lapping was just so calming.

Watch out for the waves coming in and the soft sand could be a problem at times.

Not one of the more heavily advertised sites, but what a beauty.

Hiking,fishing,boating or just lazing around.
This spot has is it all and great views to boot

TIP: numerous entry points including: boat ramp off Garden Point Rd, Stewart’s Bay rd or the sneaky way through the caravan park

While staying at the caravan park in Port Arthur we decided to take a wander down to the waterfront and wet a line. We had the best few hours fishing and landed a fish or got great bites with nearly every cast. Landed 7 beautiful cod and had a ball. Easy access to the water, good standing positions with picturesque views. Great for kids and the water is crystal clear. Just another beautiful spot to laze away for a bit. Fishing equipment can be bought from the local shop as well as bait.

When I saw this beach, I was amazed. It was gorgeous!

There were chairs there for anyone to sit on. There were boats on the bay.

Behind us were lots of trees.

The ocean was enticing. It was perfect for a swim.

The beach looks like half a circle. We could see the bay quite clearly.

What a great place to enjoy!

Worthwhile to see!
