This is a long tough drive but worth it. Good sealed and unsealed road 80% of the way. There are patches that are rough - so take is slow. Watch out for the various wild life. Unless you have 4 x 4 vehicle and driving experience stay on the main track.

Take a picnic lunch, there is a fabulous new gas BBQ covered construction. Several information boards on the local wild life.

Beautiful lagoon area to swim in on hot days.

Also as with most attraction areas there is toilet facility - 1 unisex and with all the other areas - well maintained.
