Was so looking forward to eating some Abalone, unfortunately it was Terrible, Tough and hardly any taste. As I explained to them, that Abalone has to be tenderized a lot before sautéing and to be in meat size NOT small slithers of the meat, which was about 3 slithers! $25 was refunded and I suggested how it should be cooked. Quiet expensive was the menu. They advertise @ most places on the East Coast, saw a pamphlet @ the Motor Inn @ Port Arthur where we stayed and some other places which I do not remember.
