We only did the short walk to the swinging bridge over the river. Easy fifteen minutes in and back for some great pics.

we did the first 15 minutes of a multi day walk, the kids enjoyed the walk down to and across the swing bridge.

It's been 30 years since I rafted down the Franklin in the days of the battle to stop its destruction, and stopping beside it now, still flowing free, was a wondrous feeling. The Park is World Heritage, and for those willing to endure the discomforts of the South-West, the memories of this stunning wilderness will never fade.
