Beautiful accommodation that is full of charm and away from the main road so is very quiet. The two fireplaces were put to good use on a cool long weekend and the four poster bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast provisions would feed a small army and there was a great selection to choose from. The host was very welcoming and provided great local knowledge in relation to restaurants and local tourist attractions. A wonderful experience and cannot rate highly enough

This is a self-contained unit within what was once an old pub. We loved it, there is so much character and the grace of another era but it wasn't old-fashioned at all, and beautifully put together.

The bedroom is spacious with gorgeous old furnishings. The country kitchen was well equipped, with generous breakfast provisions. The original stone floors were beautiful (but mind the low step up into the bedroom). There is undercover parking and a pretty garden where we sat having breakfast one morning watching the wagtails.

The whole place was welcoming and very comfortable, we would have been happy to stay longer. It's about 5 minute walk to the Bowls Club for a meal and 10 mins walk to the main street for cafes and shops.

Attention to detail, generous breakfast provisions and fresh flowers in every room made this a great place to stay in Tenterfield. The building was built in the late 1800s and the apartment is attached to the main building but has its own entrance and fenced garden.
Flagged floors, high ceilings and solid furniture make you feel you've stepped back in time. We were thoroughly comfortable and made to feel at home by the very friendly host. The dogs loved exploring the large garden, our car was undercover and off the street, and the four poster bed was absolute luxury.
