I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful and accomodating staff at Harvest Lodge motel . My husband, two adult daughters and I arrived there last weekend to attend a wedding during a heat wave. We found the upstairs family apartment too hot and stuffy on arrival late Friday afternoon . I simply asked at reception if there were other rooms on the lower floors that we could have and that I was happy to pay more if necessary. They placed us in two excellent rooms at absolutely no extra cost. Rooms were quiet , extremely comfortable and well maintained . The air conditioning was outstanding ! After we departed after a two night stay , we discovered that we’d left some personal belongings in the room . Again , the staff were so helpful and made sure our belongings were mailed to us in record time . Thanks for a great stay and for going out of your way to be helpful . Will definitely stay again when back in Gunnedah .
