Went for Sunday lunch 2 x 2 courses £42 (no alcohol). The waitress was lovely and extremely helpful. Had to wait a bit for the main course but starter was fairly quick to come out and was lovely, breaded mushrooms. Both had the beef, ample portion sizes, veg was separate and carrots and peas and cauliflower cheese were well cooked but the brocolli was overcooked.
Sticky toffee pudding and custard was superb.

We visited whilst moored nearby on the Oxford canal and enjoyed a walk to the pub which took about half an hour.

It was a Tuesday evening so the pub was fairly quiet but we were pleased to find they were still offering a full menu, plus several specials.

The service was very good and the food excellent, tasty, well presented but not over-priced.

And the real ale was also good, well kept with a selection of 3 offered at the time of our visit.

We shall return!

First time of visiting the Arnold Arms. Fair to say we were not disappointed in the slightest.
Decor is lovely and fitting for the area.
The staff were amazing and very welcoming.
The roast beef dinner puts any carvery to shame and the fishcakes were beautiful.
Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back again.

So glad this pub has been revived, just what the village needed, worth a visit
Rebecca is a lovely landlady who make people feel special, and the bar staff are really friendly, food is larger portion sizes, but not complaining

Fantastic staff, good value for money, food is excellent, parking at the rear, traditional ales, separate restaurant from the bar but also do light snacks if you want to sit in the bar.
