Redeemed a Travelzoo voucher for a three course meal in the Restaurant on a busy Saturday night and was treated no different to other clientele. Service was 1st class and we were particularly thankful to waitress Amanda who informed us that our meals may take a little longer than usual because of this. Atmosphere was relaxed and food superb.Compliments to everyone concerned for making our night. Look forward to seeing all again .

The room was very spacious in the Coach House, the hotel had an old charm about it with splendid gardens.
The gastronomic dining experience was first class, 5 courses with a different wine served by an excellent waiter who knew the nuances of each of the wines which had been selected apppropriatly for the menu.
A thoroughly enjoyable weekend.

Stayed here for a weekend away from the kids and what a find,
A beautiful building and grounds and an ideal place to unwind and soak it up..

How it's only 3 star surprises

Great food and despite a wedding being on that day and evening the restaurant was still very relaxed and the food was simply amazing

Great service from every member of staff

I would and will stay again

Yes if you want a nice hotel then this is the one, I've stayed here a few times and each time have been impressed with what I get. I once stayed after a wedding and the room was just what was expected so came back to see if it still had the same feel, (it did). Food is very classy just what I enjoy. First class service from 1st class staff. I will be returning when next down that area.

This is our 2nd stay here and once again we booked a DBB deal which included wine and chocolates in our room. This time our room was in the main hotel and was told apon booking that the room was much smaller than the one we had in the coach house before, and yes it was smaller but we still had everything we needed for a lovely nights stay. This hotel does a lot of weddings so you should ask this when booking, however we have never found that this has made our stay any less enjoyable. Staff are very helpful and it's nice to be remembered by staff in the restaurant. The menu is good, the line list has an excellent choice and breakfast offers something for everyone. What I really like about this hotel is I can check in at 2pm and I don't have to check out until 12 noon, which means we can relax after breakfast and not have to rush to check out. The grounds are well looked after and has plenty on site parking. I look forward to staying again soon x
