Have been going here for years however, after the terrible day I have had today I am regretting buying a season pass for this year. The monorail was not working meaning everyone including thousands of adults with pushchairs and young children had to walk ridiculous lengths to the entrance. We then had to queue for an hour and half to collect our season passes. No one knew where to go. Parents were taking their kids home as they were bored and fed up of queuing. Others went home as they refused to pay full price entry for only the last few remaining hours in the park and due to the length of the rides queues. I witnessed a woman having to ask for the keys for the disabled toilets for her young child but ended up having to use the normal ones as the member of staff couldn’t tell her how long it would take the get the key and the child was so desperate after waiting around - the member did not seemed concerned about this. The queues were something else. Never even got on a ride. Another woman who was seeking to hire a wheelchair was made to queue alongside people who were queuing for fast-track passes. Just no respect or regards to those with disable family members. After this we decided to eat our lunch and leave. I do not have a child or a disability, but the attitude the park gave to paying customers is horrendous.
