“Absolutely perfect country cottage in a chocolate box village”
Reviewed 3 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Kerb appeal, stunning gardens, stylish and comfortable, fabulous pool, private tennis court, near great pubs. I did not want to leave. We felt so relaxed and happy.

“Peaceful, Perfect, Picturesque, Peerless”
Reviewed 16 December 2016 for a stay in November 2016

Kingham is a gorgeous village – we went on an epic walk and whilst it was a bit parky down by the river we warmed up in the Wild Rabbit which is truly extraordinary (it has a Michelin star). Kingham is a little gem.

The accommodation was perfect, cracking open plan living space fantastic for our group. There was ten of us in total - including four children split between Kite’s Gate and Berry Pen. We can’t speak highly of the cottages enough. The memories will live long. Whilst the gardens were bereft of leaves I can imagine how stunning it would be in the summer. We though are definitely coming back to see the building project – pavilion? – take shape in the middle of the garden. Some startling arches and carved columns lead quite an impression – we’ll be back to experience it!

Highly recommended
