I visited Holy Island with my family and had a fantastic day.
The lighthouse was definitely worth going to as the views were spectacular .
The information was brilliant inside and very useful as to what was visible and on the day we visited you could literally see for miles.
Lovely place ...

The tower has 180' view so take some binoculars.Well signposted walks the coast and village.Car parking is £4.40 for the day and a short walk to the Priory. The Castlle is a longer walk but well worth the trip.

Lovely place on a sunny day. We were disappointed because the castle was receiving renovation works but it has to be done. It's nice to while away a couple of hours exploring. Please remember to read the tide times before going there and coming back. Lots of cafes , a couple of pubs/restaurants and souvenir shops. Didn't know where the free parking was for the disabled until we paid and then went to find the toilets and they were in that car park and not the one we used. You can also drive and park up near the castle if you are disabled.

Absolutely love walking around this area. So much to see and do. Holy island is such a beautiful place to see and walk around. There's loads to learn. Definitely worth a drive to the island just to walk around here.
