Went to stay with s that own a caravan on the site . Really nice place very tidy and quiet. the shower block is spotless and the the bar is nice for meals with really friendly bubbly staff. Enjoyed playing pool and visiting nearby places . Ideal location not far from all the places of interest nearby. Worth a stay . They welcome tourers as well .worth a look if you fancy somewhere nice up north.

We visited this site with our touring caravan and dog. The site is situated in the grounds of a house with a wall most of the way around it. It is in an excellent position for touring this area and going over the border to Scotland. Berwick has several supermarkets and an excellent fresh fish shop near Spittle beach. We visited out of school holidays so the site was relatively quiet. We were given a pitch in section D. This section is set apart from the main site down in a corner surrounded by trees. The pitches are quite tight and not sure how we would have managed without our motor movers. The trees keep section D quite shaded and therefore not ideal if you want to sit in the sun. The shower block is very well maintained and it was a pleasure to use them. The site boasts a dog walk, which we used, it is a path that runs around the outskirts of the site within the trees. Here again there was no pleasure in walking the dog here as it was dark and dank and quite muddy due to heavy rain. We used the laundry while we were there and the price is the same as normal launderette prices. Whilst the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, I would not visit this site again only because the tourer area is quite dank and lacks space and the dog walking facilities are not adequate for our needs (small chihuahua cross) .

Stayed here for two nights in june and cant wait to go back. Used this as a base to tour the area and cant think of anywhere else i would rather stay. Visited the clubhouse which is ok for a pint. Never tried the food but will on next visit. What makes this site standout are the shower and toilet facilities. Some 5 star hotels could learn a thing or two here. Piped music, ultra clean, even a family bathroom which has a shower and child friend large bath. Tried to book for August bank holiday but not surprisingly it was full. No wonder!! If you like your van and decent toilet/shower facilities you will not find better!!!

Very pleased with Site.
Clean and tidy. The staff work hard to maintain it and are very friendly and helpful.
Only issue I had was the Fully serviced pitches in Sector D are a bit hard to get into as they are on a slight down hill slope with gravel pitches.
Bit of clutch smell getting the van reversed in.
But its a site well worth going too!!!
