Ordered a pizza and a pasta, pizza was ok, pasta flavours were good but quality was lacking. Was very expensive considering both were vegetarian with non extravagant main ingredients. I was expecting freshly made pasta and was disappointed what a very basic penne arrived. The pasta was rather soggy. The decor was extremely dated and the toilets were grubby. The young lad who served us was very pleasant and helpful.

We were staying in Cowes for my husbands Birthday and decided that we would try Toninos and were not disappointed!
Breadsticks on the table upon arrival and fresh bread and butter came over once seated. We ordered mains and desserts and an alcoholic drink each and it came to less than £50. Be aware that they do add on a 10% service charge onto the bill but we thought the excellent service was worth it!
The pizza we had was one of the best pizzas in a restaurant we have had, perfect thin, crisp base, and lots of tasty toppings. We were never made to feel rushed and it had a real Italian family feel in there.

"Greeted" by a very unwelcoming man as we arrived. The food was very average, I can do better at home and im not a chef. The service took a while , lots of waiting for orders to be taken and drinks to arrive, all soft drinks were room temperature not cold. Everything looked very dated ,overdue for a revamp. I was served the worst choc brownie I have ever tasted. Everything was REALLY overpriced. Basic is the best i can say about the food, expensive prices being asked for very average fare .Cowes has lots of places to eat, so pick anywhere else.

It cost more than we usually pay and the food was just a bit...ermm.. average. Nothing really hit the sweet spot but nithing was awful. Its a bit like blancmange.. ok but nothing to write home about.

I wasn’t entirely convinced when I walked in as the decor in the restaurant doesn’t seem to have been up dated in a decade, but the food was fantastic and that’s all you really want!
