Time to wind down and re-generate time to re-connect with the beautiful surroundings. If you are looking for this then look no further. Burts Chapel is furnished to a very high spec. The attention to detail is second to none. Very home like. My wife loved every moment. The breakfast is amazing hot pastries and the yoghurt pots where delicious. So peaceful and tranquil just what we needed. Excellent location you can drive or walk to various places . A big thank to the hosts for making the stay so awesome.
We read the reviews and decided to book a couple of days away.
We are so pleased we did !
Burt's Chapel is immaculately clean, perfectly positioned converted nineteenth century chapel, with everything you might need for a few days away.
It is conveniently situated in the quiet village of East Boldre, between Lymington, Beaulieu and Brockenhurst, only a 10 minute drive from the Isle of Wight ferry
Our hosts, Tim & Lynn were very welcoming and served a fantastic continental breakfast at whatever time suited us.
Our first evening we ate at the Turfcutters, just a short walk away, and next evening Albero in Brockenhurst
We thoroughly recommend Burt's Chapel and hope to stay there again soon.
Perfect location, 2miles from Beaulieu which could be walked to using local paths. Hatchet Pond was less then 1/4 of a mile away and is lovely to walk round but a bit uneven under foot and not really suitable for pushchairs.
The owners of this property were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. If we had any questions they were there to answer them and provide day trip ideas when we were unsure where to go.
Perfect little cottage, open plan with separate shower & toilet. Travel Cot and bedding were provided along with breakfast every morning. A lovely touch to the service was being able to request what we'd like and the time required for breakfast.
A great place to stay. Within easy reach of Beaulieu and other favourite destinations in the forest. Lynn was always very friendly and helpful and her breakfasts were wonderful. The Turf Cutters Arms, just down the road was great for an evening meal and good beer.
