We always go for the rugby plus any one off sporting fixtures we fancy. Excellent, really friendly... read more

As a rugby fan this is our go-to pub for the 6 Nations and Internationals. Loads of TVs so you wont miss anything, friendly staff and punters and the landlord will knock up a roast for free sandwiches at half time.
Ales are well kept, only falls down on lager choice - Fosters or Stella is a bit limited.

A proper old pub with a pool table, fruit machines, booze and screens...lots of screens!
Fans of boxing's golden middleweight era like me will love the Exchange with its walls covered in pictures of the greats, Sugar Ray, Marvelous Marvin, Tommy the Hitman Hearns, Roberto Duran, Nigel Benn, Michael Watson and er...Chris Eubank are all present.
The big screen is deployed for all the big games of football and wherever you sit you can always see a screen, good work!
No food on offer but they do sometimes lay on some free bar food, there is an extremely good chippy (Bennys) a few doors down the high street if you get desperate!
All in all a properly good pub guv'na!
I'll be there for the Joshua fight on the 9th April!
