You have to come to Nancy's if you are in Columbus, especially on a Monday or Thursday (aka Chicken Noodle Day). The German Village has Shmidt's and Katzinger's Deli. Clintonville has Nancy's. It is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant on High Street, but it is always filled, making it more of a fixture than a hole.

The food is terrific and in large portions. The place is always filled with regulars and soon-to-be regulars. There is a big, family atmosphere. The staff is fun and friendly. And the pancakes come bigger than the plate.

A terrific "diner" experience.

I live on the Eastside so I can't get there as much as I would like to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a "Hole in the wall" in a good way with tasty comfort food. I only wish the parking was better but that's beyond their control

An iconic restaurant in Clintonville, Nancy's has been in the same location for over 60 years. Always crowded in a small family casual restaurant, the breakfast's are outstanding and the lunches are fantastic. Great service and great friendly service. Don't miss it if you are in Clintonville.

Visited here late Saturday morning for breakfast. Had biscuits and gravy. Very large portions and so dang tasty.
The restaurant itself is small but once seated it's comfortable. Waitress was really sweet. Service was super fast.
They have a pay it forward thing going on, where you can post $5 and it will be used for anyone in need that comes in for a meal. Very cool.
I like this place a lot. It's got a good vibe feel about it. The prices are good also.

Stopped for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Our table ordered Philly Cheese Steak and their house specialty, chicken & noodles over mashed potatoes. The noodle meal is served with green beans and rolls. Both were very good and the noodle meal was a thick plate full, much more than needed to overfill you. They close at 2:30 on Sundays and the grill is off at 2:00. So burgers and other grills items were not available.

The restaurant is very small but homey. It might seat only 30-40 people. All the employees were working hard this day and were very friendly and communicative. Street side parking is ample and there probably are surface lots nearby.

I would recommend this place to others but during peak times there may be a little wait.
