I stayed for two weeks here with other family members in different room. We had not planned on the long stay but surgery results made it necessary. First, the staff is so kind and try to be as helpful as possible even when things cannot be fixed or mistakes are made. Second, every place here is very clean.
The room was very nice although the bed was a little saggy and lower quality than I would like. The bathroom had one of those new barn doors that I just hate. This one had a warped track and I almost broke my hand trying to get it open and closed. Two maintenance men tried to fix it but it just didn't work. Air conditioning worked well. Two days there was very poor housekeeping service and that was quickly corrected and multiple apologies made. Otherwise, housekeeping did a great job and I do tip for that.

I was glad we had not rented a car. The hotel parking rate was very high and I noticed that even with the valet parking in the morning, people had to wait a while for the car to be delivered. We took the shuttle to and from the clinic and got an Uber when we needed to travel off campus. The shuttle service is very good during the week but extremely limited on the weekend after 5 on Friday. We ended up walking sometimes but this is not a good idea if it is dark or bad weather. This is a sketchy neighborhood as soon as you go about 2 blocks. We learned this by walking to the CVS down the street. Of course the Holiday Inn has no control over the CC shuttle but were very good about calling them several times if there were delays.

The food in the restaurant was good although not terribly healthy. Huge servings of french fries with the sandwiches. Salad selection is good and you can add protein. The cooks did a good job. I took most meals back up to my room. Did the same with a glass of wine from the bar area. But mainly my meals were grabbed at the hospital during a few free moments.

The managers and staff here know that many of the guests are having a very unpleasant experience and are sad and frightened. They work very hard to make it as bearable as they can.

I stayed here because my daughter had surgery at Cleaveland Clinic and it was wonderful to have this so close to the campus and not have to ride all over town for a hotel. The rooms were very clean, quiet and I highly recommend valet parking since it snowed and they were so nice to have a clean, warm, running car in the morning. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was good, we had calzones and a burger. just an FYI my husband got a discount because of the NEA so if you are apart of that it reduced the rates even further.

Holiday is close to the Cleveland Clinic, but not within walking distance. Room rates seemed high even with the hospital discount. Valet parking available or a 2 block walk to nearest parking ramp. Rooms very nice, staff very helpful. Did not dine in hotel, again looked a little pricey and again not a whole lot of other places close by.

I took my girlfriend here and manage threatened to kick us out cause we were being too loud. And there are sick people trying to recover in a hotel??? I understand that you have a designated place for people to rest but don't allow the public to stay there if they don't want to hear any noise at all. We're in Cleveland we just want to have a good time.

Convenient, free shuttle to clinic, friendly staff. Onsite laundry, great for a lengthy stay, pool sauna, gym. New hotel built last year, modern, clean, daily and weekly rates if here for the clinic. Looked at other hotels in area, we made the best choice.
