We came about an hour away for an event at the Q and to stay the night as a little romantic weekend. It was PERFECT. We were just a short, easy, safe walk away to our event. We got to check out all the restaurants and shops around going to and from our event. We valeted our car around 9am, checked in around 3-4 and grabbing our luggage was a breeze. Staff was all very nice, friendly and informative. It is an older building, but it was tasteful and admirable.

Lots of vending available, which is really important to us! Our room was clean as can be, we had a high-rise king suite with a whirlpool. I absolutely loved it! I miss it already... I would live there if I could! It was hugely spacious, high ceilings were ideal. We had a microwave, kitchen sink, cabinets, mini fridge that kept cold, keurig, plastic and foam cups, plates and bowls. Our bed was comfortable, pillows were excellent, all smelled/felt clean and fresh. The TV was HD, extra HDMI and USB inputs if you were to bring a gaming console or tv device. USB in the back of the tv was actually a life saver to charge my phone before I realized I had the block to plug into an outlet in my suitcase. You could even turn the TV so you can watch in the tub. AKA Heaven!!

We both fit in the whirlpool comfortably with lots of extra room to move about. They supply your bathroom with bath and body works products, even a shower cap, makeup remover and shoe shine wipes. The bathroom closed off severally from the room and whirlpool, which was really nice. The shower was big, had a built in seat on both sides, good water pressure and was clean above all. A note said you could call down for “essentials” like a toothbrush/toothpaste, razor, etc., I thought that was generous too.

Breakfast was plentiful, allergy/dietary need friendly. Soy milk cartons are available, juice machine, pancake maker, cereal, coffee with brand name creamer, sausages, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, breads/muffins/bagels/cinnamon flaky rolls and much more. I liked that breakfast was in a large open area, easy to maneuver around others/little ones running around.

I wish now that I would have taken photos, but I was honestly too busy enjoying it to even think of it. Thank you so much HIExpress, you were wonderful. A favorite amongst our all of our adventures nationwide, yet thankfully you’re close to home. We’ll be back again soon!

We made this reservation at the last minute. We waited to see what our workload was like, but Pizza 216 reopened on Monday, so we HAD to go.

This hotel is very close to all the East Fourth Street food and fun and is also so unique that it adds a nice element to the stay. The building is beautiful, has character, and the rooms are gorgeous with great high ceilings, hardwood floors, excellent furnishings and everything you could need. The staff is friendly and helpful and the tone is set at the desk. Alex not only did an efficient and excellent job, but she does it so pleasantly that she is a excellent indicator of how the whole stay will be.

We stayed overnight. Thursday-Friday. Really easy to check in. Very friendly staff. Parking was a little confusing. We parked in a local parking garage which ended up being the same price as the valet parking. The room was excellent and spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! This hotel is in walking distance to 4th street where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Also very close to the House of Blues! I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here New Year's Eve. The vending machine was broken and we needed some water. Called the front desk and they came right up with some water bottles at 1:30a.m. Next morning though breakfast was done at 10 and no coffee avaliable after that either. Not good New Year's Day. Complimentary coffee should always be available ecspecially in winter and New Year's Day.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to everything too. Hotel in a very old historical building. This is our second time staying in this hotel. We did have a problem with the heat in the room, front desk was very accommodating. Will stay at again.
