The winery is set on a beautiful property which is suitable for picnics and families, the wine is great and the food is fantastic. Plus if you want a coffee and on site coffee shop makes a great coffee as well.
Services is polite and knowledge and would recommend highly as a all rounder property that caters for almost everything for a lovely day out whether it as a couple or a family.

Love the fence that greets you at this winery....lovely atmosphere. The tasting costs you $5 per head which is redeemable off any purchase. Attention and service was very good, purchased some wine as it was not over-priced. Had a lovely dining room attached and we were able to enjoy a light lunch , catered for GF.

As the Owner of Adelaide's Top Food and Wine Tours we visit Wirra Wirra in beautiful McLaren Vale every day we are on the Fleurieu Peninsular. The building is spectacular, the grounds are – well just come and chill out for a few hours. Staff are always professional and, super friendly and did I mention the wine? The Church Block is as legendary as any in SA. (You know if someone brings a bottle to your banquet, your evening is about to go regal.) but, Woodhenge Shiraz is also stunning as is their Chardonnay - So many choices, such little time. There is also a Catapult to admire, (and who doesn’t love a Catapult)

It is always a pleasure to bring our clients to Wirra Wirra, I know they will always be looked after like royalty.
If you find yourself in McLaren Vale you need to visit Wirra Wirra cellar door. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Wira Wira has been around for a long time. Grounds are set up for picnics with a large grass area and a cafe as well as the wine tasting.
If you are going just for the wine there is also plenty of room. Wine tasting felt a bit rushed
