Clean room, comfy bed & great customer service!!We didnt have a reservation & Leah answered the phone at 11pm on a Tuesday night with a smile. The room was clean & cold water was in the fridge. We left early in the morning not realising that I had left my watch behind. Leah rang me that afternoon & arranged to post it. Above and beyond xxx highly recommendedMore
Really didn't expect to experience such good food and hospitality. Great rooms with ripper aircon. Had dinner in our room and got served some amazing local caught fish. Proves that the people who run a place can make a place, thanks guys for a ripper stay!

This little bolt hole is a miss next time. No where to hang your clothes with no wardrobe. The clock does not work and the phone did not work. So when I ordered room service I had to go to reception. Had to chase down the tax receipt by telephone after I left. The bathroom worked. Bed not so bad. Wifi did not work. Close to airport and a pool. Only two things going for it. Needs a big improve for the price!!

As you stayed when we undergoing some room renovations, we did explain to all guests the situation, & clothes hanging racks were an option.
We apologise the clock & the phone weren't working, we did fix this promptly when the next occupants informed us.
The room you stayed in did have a new bed.
Our office is opened between 8am-8pm for all office needs, outside these hours receipts can be emailed if necessary. I don't recall receiving a phone call for your receipt.
As some rooms have now been completely refurbished, we would like you to stay again & enjoy one of these.
We stayed here to avoid the chaos at Airlie Beach and are certainly happy we did. The room was average, but the hosts were exceptional. Leah was an adorable pixie and made us feel very welcome.
The parking was right outside our room, which made it very handy for my husband and his bad knees.
We had a comfortable, quiet stay and were happy with the very clean room! As we've traveled around we've found it is the hosts who make a huge difference. Leah and her husband will remain in our memory as excellent hosts and guides for their area.
The wifi was unavailable and a bit frustrating since we rely on it to book our next reservation while traveling.

Perfect place to stay in Proserpine. We left a phone in one of the rooms and the friendly staff found it and sent it promptly interstate. A and A has fantastic staff. Very diligent, kind and courteous. Would highly recommend staying here.

I have recently stayed at the A & A Motel when visiting Proserpine. The owners were very accommodating to my late arrival, and made the check in a very simple and easy process. The room was very spacious, great in room facilities, and the king bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
However what made this motel stand out from most others I have stayed in was the incredible hospitality I received from the owners and the staff. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay!
After leaving Proserpine and arriving back home, my 8yr old son discovered that he has left his favorite cushion in the Motel room. I immediately called the owner Leah to find she already had it safely in the office, she then personally covered the postage to have it mailed back to our home the next day!
Truly a great establishment run by a beautiful couple! I would absolutely recommend staying here when visiting Proserpine!
