We stayed one night in the Motor Inn in a Queen Standard room. The furnishings and bed were fine and the free Wi-Fi a bonus. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the steak and service. This is a standard country motel offering accommodation and dining facilities at reasonable prices.

Room tip: Note that the road beside the motel becomes quite busy and noisy from early in the morning (5 am).

Went on business trip was booked into standard queen room . The bed was really uncomfortable the room in need of a update . Old uncomfortable lounge , scratchy blanket ,strange set up for ensuite , just really unimpressed it was clean which was a positive . Hand some unexpected visitors in the night cockroaches . Restaurant was good, food tasty really happy with our meal , good service. Really confused told by staff member that our room was $135 per night superior queen $145 and they had one deluxe room for $165 plus , these rooms had been refurbished photos shown on Internet. But our company was charged $230 for the night and we were given standard rooms??? Only found this out after the stay. Will not be returning again.

Room tip: Ask for refurbished rooms get the right price before booking

All our rooms, including Standard Queen rooms have been refurbished during the last 12 months. Our beds, bedding and linen replaced during the last six (6) months. Room rates are advertised on our websites and your company was charged the rate for single occupancy for two(2) rooms. Standard queen rooms were requested and confirmed at the time of booking.
Providing our guests with the best possible hospitality and service has always been our mission. We have addressed the issue regarding insects, and spoken to our pest control company, unfortunately given the weather and conditions we can only have the rooms fumigated on a monthly basis at this time of year. We want you to know that we truly enjoy sharing our passion for our destination with visitors and want you to walk out the door feeling refreshed.
If you come back to our motel I would love to have the opportunity to speak with you directly, so please ask for me. We hope to see you again in the future and wish you the very best.

We stayed here about five years ago and had a wonderful stay for a number of nights and some excellent meals at the restaurant. How disappointed I was on our return recently. We were charged $135 for a standard room for the night. The room we stayed in was dated, the bed not particularly comfortable but the worst thing, although it was clean (apart from some mould on the floor of the shower) were the dead insects. They were lying along the bench and when I pulled the quilt back there were a couple on the pillows.Obviously the room had not been used for some time.

I have recently stayed at a number of motels over three states and this one was in the upper price range. Probably $105 a night would be a more realistic expectation on the quality of facilities offered. It was definitely one of my poorer choices,

There was a little kitchen nook between the main room and bathroom and this should have been better utilised. Good size frig but no wine glasses and only two very small drinking glasses. Likewise in the bathroom only one very small (and I mean very small) bottle of shampoo/conditioner for 2 people to share, one face cloth and one hand towel.

The restaurant was closed so I am unable to comment.

I won't be back for that price.

All our rooms have been refurbished during the last 12 months and the beds replaced at that time. Our rooms are not licenced, which is why we supply only water glasses to our rooms, unless otherwise requested by guest/s.

I loved this place. The room was clean the food was nice (but a little slow on the night I was there as a lot of room service orders had arrived just before me). It was great to be able to get a continental breakfast delivered to my room the night before, and the superior room that I had was behind the restaurant, so if there was any traffic noise I couldn't hear it.

Booking arrangements were efficiently organized. Evening meal was so good, tasty, prepared as requested, service with friendly smiles made this stay reminiscent of the true 'country' hospitality typical of iconic rural Australia. The rooms were very clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The most enduring feature is the welcoming atmosphere provided by the present owners and family. We shall recommend this motel. The motel has kept the prices at 'good value' for money. This reflects good business acumen, client consideration which will attract customer loyalty.
