A lovely place to visit and loved the gardens and the view.
A little expensive for the scones with jam and cream.
Really enjoyed the gallery with different items on exhibition.
A relaxing enjoyable visit.

The garden surrounding the convent is beautiful and well maintained.

There is a cafe at the entrance of the convent, and I read they off high tea.

The convent entrance fee is $5, which allows you to explore the whole convent, read about the history of the building, read about the lives of people apart of the army who identified as gay, lesbian and trans, and view a lot of different art.

There is a nice view from the very top of the convent, at the bell tower. There are a few stairs, which may be difficult for very frail people to reach.

There is also a shop with gifts and locally made products.

The art in the convent changes over every couple of months, so there is always something new to see.

Thank you for taking the time to review the Convent Gallery... and entice others to visit. It is much appreciated.
We love it when visitors enjoy everything we have on offer ( the history, art, gardens, cafe... ) The $5 admission has allowed the gallery ( and gardens ) to thrive for over 30 years now. The nuns would love that their home is still alive, after all these years! Thank you once again.

Our group of 13 ladies had the most wonderful high tea experience here with delicious food, wines, teas, fabulous service and then time to explore the gallery and surrounds. Would be on my MUST DO list for Daylesford.

The old convent has been turned into a gallery with cafe attached and worth a visit to read of its history, have a bite to eat and enjoy the beautiful views. It isn't a large gallery so perfect for a short visit.
