This little gem is great if you want to escape it all. The view from the garden is amazing you have to see it to believe it.

Bathroom is excellent love the wet room and the bath. Very dog friendly accommodation, I would stay here again.

“LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!”
Reviewed 4 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

This beautiful cottage set in a quaint village with a fab pub and little shop that sells everything you want .... Including lindamans chardonay wine for£4.99!!! The cottage had everything u could want, lots of games, books, cd, DVDs, the garden was gorgeous, and the views breath taking. Only down side, my son is 6ft 9 inches tall, so some areas were a little low.

Will deffo be coming back.

Thank you for having us xxx

Management Response

Glad you enjoyed the Croft. it is really nice to here people having a lovely holiday in our cottage. The cottage is over 150 years old so i guess people were not quite so tall in those days. Look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
Kind Regards
Alison

“Beautiful cottage in lovely location”
Reviewed 8 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

We stayed at The Croft for 3 nights, 2 couples, couldnt have asked for a nicer place. The garden room is lovely, spent many hours reading in there, the woodburner was a bonus, only just cool enough in the evenings to have it on. We ate at The Old Bowling Green, just a few minutes walk from The Croft, lovely meal and we could take our dog. Lovely walks from the village and great location to tour the Peak District, looking forward to our next trip already.
