If your looking for peace and quiet to recharge your batteries, this is the place to be. Its quiet country surroundings are great for walking with the Pennine Way on the doorstep, more walks can be got to with a short drive.
The cottage had all you require and was clean and tidy and the owners could not be more friendly.

We have stayed here before and had a lovely time that's why I booked again. Our stay this time was just as good. The younger family were very welcoming and helpful. We did some traveling while we were their and it's great for the kids. X
I stayed with my boyfriend & my dog, we had a fabulous time. We had a lovely warm welcome from Susan. There was tea, coffee, real milk & biscuits in the accommodation which was fantastic to see. The steam train is well worth a visit. We ate out & Alston Hall was amazing food. Hadrian's wall (particularly vindalanda) is well worth a visit. Will certainly be returning to Harbut Law soon xx
