GO Bistro offers very good food from appetizers to Spanish Coffee. The ambience is super,
enhanced by experienced live musicians and singers. Novelty lit at night adds sparkle to the
night seating on the outdoor patio. Only one thing remains, if you're an oversized ;pleasant lady,
the washrooms are a challenge to say the least. Otherwise, GO has everything going for it.

Went here for dinner with a family of 5 (adults). Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The patio seating had flowers, lights, and a traditional mariachi band (no horns) playing softly. My husband and I had 2 appys, a bottle of wine and 2 entrees for $56 Canadian- tip too!

After visiting this restaurant for the third time on one my frequent visits to theLake Chapala area, there is no doubt that this is the best fine dining to be had at the Lake.

The menu is unusual featuring small plates and entrees with a special menu that changes weekly.

The chef owner Peter Palmer is a gracious host who presents inspired recipes from all over the world.

The service is terrific and the food is well presented and comes out of the kitchen in a timely manner.
This past visit we had a crisp greek salad, flavorful cabbage borcht ,spring rolls lightly fried and perfectly crisp,a thai noodle salad with shrimp and a rich lemon curd desert.

The total bill was $425.00 pesos for a meal that would cost 5 times that much in a major US city.

The only issue I have with this place is that I always want to try everything on the menu and can't

Go is in an old hacienda on a quiet side street. Palmer has done a masterful job creating cozy dining areas including a lovely outside garden.Good lighting and art work complete the comfortable ambiance.

The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday -Saturday with live Jazz in the garden some nights.

Don't miss this place if you visit the lake

Six of us had a very nice meal here with friends. I really enjoyed my veal medallions and others had pasta, chicken and salads with everyone pleased with what they got.
