We had fun going through the park, the kids were delighted that the animals were clearly so comfortable around the cars and willing to come beg for food. Lots of giggling as noses were pressed against our windows. The animals have much more roaming room then a conventional zoo, and the kids loved seeing the animals so close.

My friend and I visited Parc Omega with our 2 young teenage daughters towards the end of the Christmas break, and had a great time! Lots of laughs, seeing deer and boar running up to vehicles looking for food. Bring your own carrots, as the deer love them, although the gift shop did not seem to gouge tourists for them. Be cautious of feeding the larger deer, as their antlers will surely bang up against vehicles. This was a nice time of year to go, as there was not a lot of car traffic, so we did not feel rushed in any way. I have heard it can be rather unpleasant in the summer months, but we truly enjoyed the experience with the snowfall around the grounds. The fall would probably be lovely, as well. There were no washroom facilities open along the drive, so be sure to stop at the gift shop first. The gift shop was very nice, not over-priced, and there is a small food area with a canteen. Free hot chocolate was enjoyed by all. We stopped in Papineauville for a lovely lunch. An experience to be had, at least once in a lifetime!

My mom is 90 and she loved seeing the animals in the car and taking the covered wagon ride up to the farm.
