This park has all the amenities to spend a fun-filled day with family and friends. A great beach to relax and enjoy the sand talk to you. You can also be adventurous and jump off a bridge and let current take you out to sea.

Even with high winds, the air temperature was just chilly for our September 4th visit. Not very many people this visit but we had fun trying not to be sandblasted and blown off the pier. Lunch was good.

Pedestrian bridge over channel great for safe jumping into the channel, then climbing out and doing it again. Lifeguards on duty. Singing sands beach adjacent. Change rooms, concession, museum on site. A must visit in east PEI.

This is a great beach, well equipped with clean bathrooms, change rooms, concession stands, outdoor showers, museum and lots of parking. Beach goes for as far as the eyes can see and we picked out a quiet spot with few people to relax. Beach is pristine and clean, aside from the dried seaweed here and there--just remember to do your part and keep it that way (don't leave garbage around)! There is a bridge that lots of kids and adults alike were jumping off of, though signs were present prohibiting that,..I'd say, do at your own risk. Would get rather slippery and there's no real safe way to climb and grip the railing, all this time I could only think of slipping and banging my head on the bridge...but I digress. Ladders are available for people to climb back up on the wharf. Only regret was that we didn't spend more time here, but it was the perfect spot for after a clam digging excursion in the morning and late afternoon!

I couldn't believe my 5 year old son wasnt allowed to wear floaties. I understand all the boogie boards and big floaties not being allowed. But he wanted to jump with his floaties on. I seen no big deal.
